Every religious organization has its unique history, tradition, and character. Our work is based on discerning the distinct culture
(how we do things around here) of congregations, judicatories,
and denominations.

Once determined, we work with clergy, lay leaders, and denominational staff in creating individually crafted plans and solutions to issues that religious organizations face. We do not use "off the shelf" approaches or pre-written formulas.

CommonWealth Consulting Group works in all aspects of religious life except conflict. Examples include issues involving membership, creating effective leaders, board orientation and training, the role of the pastor, the future of the church, and creating vital congregations.

We prefer setting a flat fee and taking as much time to do the job professionally rather than charging per diem fees.
